1. Services
Emmanuel Piano provides piano lessons and related educational services for students of various ages and skill levels. Our services may include inquiries, consultations, lesson scheduling, lesson reminders, billing notices, account communications, review requests, and occasional promotional communications.
2. Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Responsibility
Our services are used by adults and by minors through their parent or legal guardian.
If you are enrolling a student under 18, you represent that you are the student’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have authority to act on the student’s behalf. The parent or guardian is responsible for enrollment decisions, payment obligations, and communications relating to the student’s account.
3. Lesson Scheduling, Cancellations, and Make-Up Lessons
Lesson times are scheduled based on availability.
Payment is due in advance as communicated by Emmanuel Piano. By booking or enrolling, you agree to pay all fees in advance.
At this time, Emmanuel Piano does not charge a separate cancellation fee or make-up fee. However, if a lesson is canceled and a make-up lesson is not rescheduled and completed within any time period we communicate, the lesson fee is forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.
We may, in our discretion, offer make-up lessons when scheduling permits. Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and depend on instructor availability.
4. Payments and Refunds
All lesson fees, tuition, or other charges are due upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.
Except as otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us in writing:
payments are non-refundable once paid;
missed lessons are not refundable;
canceled lessons that are not rescheduled as a make-up lesson are forfeited; and
any refund, credit, or exception is made at Emmanuel Piano’s sole discretion.
5. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information to Emmanuel Piano, you consent to receive communications from us related to your inquiry, lessons, scheduling, reminders, billing, account activity, and customer service.
These communications may be sent by phone call, email, and text message, depending on the contact information you provide and the consent you give.
6. SMS Terms & Conditions
If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Emmanuel Piano, the following terms apply.
SMS Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Emmanuel Piano related to inquiry follow-up, lesson scheduling, lesson reminders, billing reminders, account notices, review requests, and occasional marketing or promotional messages.
Consent
SMS consent is collected through a website form checkbox with clear disclosure language. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
If you provide a phone number for a minor student, you represent that the number belongs to the parent or legal guardian or that you are authorized to consent to receive messages relating to that student.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, enrollment, lesson schedule, account activity, and promotional preferences.

Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out request.
